School Election 2022
Saraswati Vidyalaya High School & Jr.College of Science conducted the students election through E-voting for the year 2022-23. The main objective of the election was the formation of the student council. Who will manage the entire cultural and sports activities for the academic year. The election was held on 27th June, 2022 for the post of Captain, Vice Captain, Games Captain & Games Vice Captain.
The candidates standing for the post’s were from grade IX and the voters were from Grade VII to X. Each candidate tried to impress the each voting students by canvassing in the classroom three days prior to the big day. A glimpse of democratic system was showcased to our students contesting for elections as well as voting. Though this medium awareness was created among the students about their rights as an individual in the society as well as teaching them how to become good citizens and shoulder responsibilities with immense effort and co-operation put up by the students & teachers. The election was carried out in a fair and free manner with the declaration of the results in the end of the day.
