Guru Purnima Celebration

The term 'Guru' derives its meaning from the combination of two Sanskrit words 'GU' means darkness and 'RU' means a person who eliminates darkness. Guru is one who removes the darkness of ignorance and fills the mind with the light of knowledge. Guru is the torch that leads you through glorious path of light and wisdom. Our Tiny tots of Pre Primary section celebrated Guru Purnima with fun filled activities like palm printing, finger printing and card making. Children were dressed up as Guru and also chanted shlokas on Guru. Our children thoroughly enjoyed all the activities with their teachers.
