Rakhi is a thread that binds two souls in a bond of jo forever

Raksha Bandhan is an auspicious festival that celebrates the beautiful bond of brothers and sisters. It is a pledge taken by the brothers to protect and safeguard their sisters in all stages of life. Their precious relationship of love, care, affection, admiration and adoration is symbolised by a decorative thread called Rakhi. A rakhi is tied by the sisters on her brothers wrist to ask for his lifelong love and support which he happily accepts and showers his sister with amazing gifts.

The Pre-Primary section of Saraswati Vidyalaya celebrated Raksha Bandhan with abundant enthusiasm. Children came to school dressed in a traditional attire. The girls tied rakhi to the boys and in return got a sweet to relish.

Their vibrant, colourful attires and innocent smiles brightened and lifted everyone's spirit.
