“Dance is the hidden language of the Soul”
With the aim of honing the dancing skills of the student and showcasing different Cultures of
India. An Inter House folk dance competition was conducted at Saraswati Vidyalaya on 5th
September, 2024 with a great zeal.
Participants from senior houses namely Ganga, Godavari, Kaveri, Yamuna & Krishna staged
mesmerizing dance performances.
The air became lively as the dancers clad in vibrant and flashy accoutrement, whirled and
twirled to rhythmic beats of melodious dance numbers. The participants had given a hard time
to the Judges, Mrs. Gauri Sane & Mrs.Gautami Ekkaldevi with hairline difference, the winner
houses were Kaveri & Krishna .
The Principal Mrs.Poonam Bhogale appreciated the efforts of the all the participants and
congratulated the winners.

S.V.P.T Saraswati Vidyalaya was established in the year 1981 at Namdeowadi in Thane. The School presently owns its premises, which was inaugurated on 1 st October 1991 by the then Vice-President of India, Late Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma. The school is efficiently run by the Saraswati VidyaPrasarak Trust.
