The School presently owns its premises , which was inaugurated on 1 st October 1991 by the then Vice-President of India, Late Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma. The school is efficiently run by the Saraswati VidyaPrasarak Trust.
In the year 1997, the Management started the Jr.College of Science and are the pioneers in introducing bi-focal vocational courses.(Computer Science) in Thane.

School has been administrated under the guidance of our Chairperson and CEO of the Trust Mrs.M.S.Korde, Administrator Mrs. Manjusha Ballal and the Principal Mrs.Poonam Bhogle . The year 2006 witnessed the silver jubilee. Today the school has more than 3300 students on roll. It is well equipped with all modern infrastructure, the inauguration of the new branch of the school at Ghodbunder in 2008 is a matter of pride for the Management , the Principal and all those connected with the school.
