On 21st June, 2024, our school celebrated International Yoga
Day and World Music Day with enthusiasm. Teachers and
students participated in a day blending the tranquility of yoga
and the joy of music.The event was organized to promote
physical well-being through yoga and to celebrate the universal
language of music.
The event commenced with a warm welcome speech delivered
by a council student. The speech emphasized the importance of
yoga in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and highlighted the
significance of music in cultural expression and harmony.
Following the welcome speech, the benefits of yoga were
discussed, emphasizing its role in improving physical flexibility,
mental clarity, and overall well-being. The students were
encouraged to incorporate yoga into their daily routines for a
healthier lifestyle.
The highlight of the event was the yoga performances by
students. They demonstrated various yoga postures and
sequences, accompanied by musical rhythms that added a
creative and rhythmic element to their presentations. The
performances showcased the students' dedication to yoga and
their artistic expression through movement and music.
The event concluded with views shared by dignitaries, who
praised the students for their enthusiasm and participation.
They highlighted the importance of integrating yoga and music
