Digital to Real – Workshop on Mobile phone Addiction

On 30th of January, 2025 Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi organized a workshop on “Mobile Addiction “. The session was conducted for the students of Interact Club members, the Senior and Junior Council members of our school & the Monitors and the Reporters of Class 7th, 8th and 9th .The Guest Speaker Rtn. Murli Sundrani, who is actively participating in matters of mobile addiction in students of School's& colleges. He has a very diverse background spanning from Psychology to Pharmaceutical.

The session started with a definition of addiction saying “when you can stop but you don’t want to, and you can’t “true indeed. The speaker proceeded to share his knowledge about mobile phone addiction, its causes and impacts on the young minds with the helping of scientific evidences. He talked about the various physical problems such as backache and headaches as well as the poor quality of sleep due to excess use of mobile. Providing us with the facts he stated that an average a person checks his or her phone a 100 times. With these interesting facts and a high energy the event ended with a question and answer session.
