Inter-House Junior and Senior Group Dance Competition

Celebrating Rhythm, Culture and Expression

On 21st October 2026, Sarasvi’s celebrated the spirit of rhythm, culture and artistic expression through its Inter-House Junior and Senior Group Dance Competition .The programme was a vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage, bringing together enthusiasm, creativity, devotion and the power of dance on one stage.

The event was graced by our esteemed Principal, Mrs Poonam Bhogle, Coordinators Mrs Rakhi Khanna and Mr Kapil Kulkarni and Admin Head Mr Vinayak Shinde. The Judges for the Competition were Mrs. Roshani Chavan and Mrs. Priyanka Jadhav.The programme began with the school song, a welcome address and the felicitation of the dignitaries and judges.

The competition showcased a captivating blend of emotions and traditions through performances depicting Bhakti Ras, Adbhut Ras, Veer Ras and Hasya Ras. Traditional folk forms such as Koli dance, Thakar dance and Gondhal added colour and cultural richness to the celebration. The junior and senior house teams performed with remarkable enthusiasm, confidence and coordination, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.

The judges appreciated the students’ efforts and offered valuable suggestions to enhance their expressions, energy and stage presence. Our Principal, Mrs Poonam Bhogle, encouraged the participants to continue honing their skills and striving for excellence.

The programme concluded with the declaration of results and a vote of thanks, acknowledging everyone who contributed to its success. The event left everyone inspired to embrace every opportunity with passion, confidence and grace.
