Honouring The Gurus – Sarasvi's Culture

To honour the teachers, a function was organized in Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi by std X students on the occasion of GURU PURNIMA on 22 July, 2024 with intense zeal and zest. The celebration had a graceful presence of honorable Principals Mrs. Anita Pinto and Mrs.Poonam Bhogle, Co-ordinators and teachers. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp of goddess Saraswati, followed by felicitation of all teachers, officestaff and also non-teaching staff, for they are the ones who prepare the students to take the responsibility of nation building. The program had a beautiful guru-vandana, an inspiring skit, the mesmerizing dances and a musical live orchestra, highlighting the necessity of teachers in student’s life.

The Principals acknowledged the importance of Guru-Purnima and emphasized the role of teachers in moulding the future of the students.‘A greatful heart is a magnet for miracles.’ A vote of thanks was proposed at the end of the program expressing gratitude to all for organizing such a wonderful celebration and also praised their efforts put into make the program a great success.
